Every once in a while, I like to document proof that I do more than sit on my couch with my cats and watch Netflix. I do things, sometimes. Last weekend, I had the most basic white-girl Saturday. I went pumpkin picking. I also co-navigated through a corn maze. I have a horrible sense of direction, so that was basically me going “Let’s go this way” and pointing to the direction we just came from. It was fun none the less. I wore my favorite TMNT tee-shirt and dragged my boyfriend along in true basic-girl style. I even included an Instagram of me in a corn-maze so you know it happened. We went with my first “real” LA friend that I didn’t meet through school or work, so bonus adult points for that.
This is us posing for pictures on massive pumpkins. —>
This is a picture of Gus, aforementioned Netflix cat, with my spoils for the day. This year is going to be the year that I finally do a really cool pumpkin carving. I can feel it. I am still researching it, but I feel like it will be television related. Shocking, I know. I also still need to get Gus and Margot (second cat) a halloween costume. Ideas on both things are welcome.
